Each part of the home has a history
An appliance has its model, manual and service history. A room has its measurements and projects. A garden has its plants, conditions and care. HoWA can use these relationships when you ask for help.

A considered handover
The verified property history stays with the address, from owner to owner. You choose which additional documents to include in a handover. Personal correspondence, private preferences and connected accounts remain separate from the home’s history.
